Bodies for Liberation: A Somatic Practice Circle
In this course you will tune in to the natural intelligence of your body often suppressed by white supremacy. This work of politicized somatics invites us to expand our capacity to feel our bodies, connect with our spirit, deepen into belonging, and build resiliency on our path to collective liberation.
