Welcome to Moon Tools. We created this for you. We believe that creativity is a force in life, an element. Often when people talk about creativity, we think of paintings, music or film. Here, we are talking about any act of creation. It can be applied to every aspect of our lives: creating a new habit, a new experience, a gathering of people, a baby, a relationship. This process works for anything you want to make. It isn’t a prescribed list of things to do; it’s a support system, a set of ley lines.

This workbook guides you through a five-part creative cycle. In each cycle, we draw on six elements: primal sequence, creative process, body experience, lunar cycles, the Moon Angels Oracle deck, and resources. The Primal sequence may likely be a new term and idea for you. It refers to a way of mapping out our birth story and discovering important patterns in the experience, as these patterns may show up in our creative process: where do we have blocks? Where is there ease? Use this insight to build new experiences, new patterns. You don’t have to know the exact story of your birth to use this tool. Our bodies hold clues to these stories. Notice what happens in each step. Listen to yourself. You will receive all the information you need, it is all within you.

This workbook is a prayer, to support you in what you are creating. Because we need you, we need your creations. Our world needs us to be fully ourselves, fully embodied, fully creating, fully alive. We spiral in cycles of creation and destruction, life and death. These forces are intertwined, holding each other in a never-ending embrace. We stand strong, in all the archetypes of being. Do not be afraid. You are never alone. Look at the moon. Feel the earth. Listen to all the benevolent ancestors whispering. Notice how you feel in your body. Follow your heart and you will not go astray. Your heart has neurons in it - it is one of your brains. Go slow enough to listen to what your heart is telling you. This is deeper than what we call emotions. It is the deepest part of you. We created this from the deepest part of ourselves to share with the deepest part of you.
