Our bodies are capable of immense pleasure. Sexual energy runs through the current of our world. However, because we live in a capitalist society our sexuality is often manipulated and abused. But we are taking it back.

In this workshop we will claim the precious, tender, raucous bud of our sex: our whole bodies. We will learn how our sexual lives are integrated in every aspect of our waking and dreaming. We will learn how to use the moon to heal and guide our expression of sexuality, no matter our gender. You will leave this workshop feeling more empowered in your sexual expression, able to use your body in a subtle manifestation of both your sexual dreams and every other aspect of your life.  

All the exercises in this workshop will be individual, clothed, confidential and completely optional. We will have some group discussion but most of the workshop is focused on an internal process of meditation, journaling and subtle body movement.

Please bring a journal and something to write with.
